Booking Policy

At Esteem Hair and Beauty, we deeply value your time and appreciate your commitment to our services. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we’ve outlined our cancellation and booking policy below. These guidelines help us maintain the high standard of service we strive for and ensure fairness to all clients.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to make any changes, you’re welcome to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your appointment, and your deposit will be transferred to your new booking. Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in the deposit being forfeited. No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. All prices include a sustainable salon fee and inclusive of GST.
